Shipping & Handling
We have no minimum order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
All shipping and handling charges are extra and depend on weight, zone, and size. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $12.00 on any order plus $3.95 non-refundable processing fee. We ship by UPS, FedEx, Truck and U.S. Postal Service. Al’s Snowmobile reserves the right to choose the method of shipping.

- Truck Shipping for larger oversize and overweight items such as hoods, chassis, and complete machines, these must be shipped by truck. Truck shipping must also be shipped to a business address only, or extra fees will apply.
- Air Shipping can be done UPS or FedEx next day, second day, or three day delivery for an additional shipping and handling charge. Air freight shipments must be prepaid with a credit card. Al’s does not guarantee delivery times. Any disputes on delivery times are between the shipping company that was used, and the person who places the order. No refunds on Air Shipping will be made by Al’s Snowmobile.
- International Shipping must be prepaid by credit card, PayPal, or by sending a bank certified check in advance, and must be in U.S. funds only. Please consult your local bank for any additional duty/exchange rate charges. We will contact you with the proper international shipping charges as our website only figures shipping in the continental United States.
- Refused Shipments
If you place an order and then refuse shipment you will be charged shipping costs to you and back to us, you will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. No orders will be processed for a customer who has an unpaid balance with us because of a refused shipment.
Merchandise return claims must be made within 10 days of confirmed delivery date by tracking number. Al’s Snowmobile will have sole discretion as to the credit method, store credit or exchange. Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent Al’s Snowmobile from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges on their products. No refunds will be given on closeout or clearance items. All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be returned with original packaging. All returns must be pre-authorized by an Al’s Snowmobile representative and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number, a return form, and the original invoice. A 20% restocking fee may apply to some returns. We will not accept anything returned to us COD. No returns on electrical parts (new or used), video’s, open gasket sets, anything that was special ordered, or any part that has been modified in any way. All returns must be received within 14 days of the RMA # issue date or it will not be accepted. Any return we receive without an RMA # will be documented and returned to you. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and is non-refundable. We suggest you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide proof of delivery, Al’s Snowmobile shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Most parts are satisfaction guaranteed for 10 days after the day of receipt. Al’s Snowmobile makes no warranty as to products sold by us, expressed or implied, including without any limitation any warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture or use of its products. Al’s Snowmobile accepts no liability for such damages and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Prices for parts and shipping subject to change, availability not guaranteed. Not responsible for printing errors.
Core Cylinders must be good replateable or resleeveable cylinders, and they can not be ported (we do not accept any ported cylinders for cores). All cores must be returned within 10 days to receive the core refund, anything over 10 days please call an Al’s Snowmobile representative to see if we will still accept the core. Cores accepted past the 10 days will be for store credit only. Core motors must be returned to us with all of the parts that we sent on the replacement motor. Core credits may not be for full amount if parts are not rebuildable.
The use of brand names like Arctic Cat, Ski-doo, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, etc. is for reference purpose only. Al’s does not imply an association, legal or otherwise, with these companies.
If you choose not to provide Personal Information on this site, you may not be able to do certain things, like access particular areas of the site, enter a sweepstakes or contest, place an order, or send us e-mail.
Collection of Personal Information
The site you entered may also collect Personal Information from you about a third party (e.g., the site might allow you to send an electronic recommendation to a friend, in which case we will need that person's name and e-mail address). Please note that we use such information only for the specified purpose (e.g., to send the recommendation) and we will not contact the third party again by e-mail unless and until the third party contacts us.

In addition, we are constantly trying to improve how we promote our websites. To help us do this, we may measure the effectiveness of our web presence by determining what you clicked on to get to our site.

Information about your computer, such as your IP address (a number assigned to your computer whenever you surf the Internet), the type of Internet browser you are using and the type of computer operating system you are using may also be collected and linked to your Personal Information.
